The double bay-windowed Victorian villa with an elaborate verandah. The verandah is supported on slender columns, it has a dentilated eave and delicate unusual cast iron. The balustrade iron is in a striking form pattern. Four niches with statues have been cut into the building one on either side of the front door and one at each corner of the verandah.
